Kettlebell Foundations
Kettlebell Foundations is a 5 week program designed to teach you the basics of kettlebells. You’ll get a good foundation for kettlebells to use them in safe and efficient ways.
What to Expect:
5 live sessions in a small group setting to go over the various kettlebell exercises (online or in person available)
10 video full body workouts to put the skills into practice
Movements covered: Deadlift, Swing, Halo, Squat, Windmill, Lunge, Military Press, Row, Turkish Get Up
