Kettlebell Foundations - Small Group
This 5 week program entails:
~ Weekly live classes to go over kettlebell skills
~ 10 video full body workouts to fine tune the skills we go over
~ Movements covered: Deadlift, Squat, Swing, Turkish Get Up, Row, Military Press, Windmill & Halo
~ A one on one session with me (optional and +$50)
~ Lifelong tools to encourage you to go deeper into the awesome world of kettlebells!
