Pursue Your Flow is a wellness program that will use aspects of neuroscience and mindfulness to deepen your self awareness, see your emotional resilience, and embrace your inner creative.

 

What to Expect:

weekly themed meetings

We will get together once a week for themed meetings where you will become familiar with tools needed to create sustainable habits, be encouraged to discover more of yourself, and gain a better understanding on how to tune into your emotional resilience.

“growth work”

Every week you will be given prompts/activities to complete to encourage a “flow state” of mind as well as tools needed to set intentional, specific wellness goals.

yoga & meditation

You will be provided with both yoga and meditation classes (all levels welcome) connected to the theme of the week to further deepen your personal growth.
